He oversees the coordination of design and engineering services as well as manages financial institution relations to ensure each investment has a strong foundation for success. Jarred graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management degree and a minor in Business Administration from NDSU (North Dakota State University). He has also received accredited certifications in Stabilize Transactions, Fund and JV Structure, Value Added Transactions, Condominium Transactions, and Opportunistic Transactions.
With 20+ years of industry experience, Scott assists with analyzing development opportunities on all potential development sites, provides construction cost analysis at budgeting and design development phases of preconstruction and oversees construction operations. Scott graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management degree and a minor in Business Administration from NDSU (North Dakota State University). He excels in problem solving and getting things done. He believes that connection through communication is how you build trust and ensure transparency with team members and clients.
Kyle oversees the identification of development opportunities and leads the negotiation of property acquisitions and development option agreements. His deep understanding of local and regional real estate markets enables him to strategically evaluate opportunities and drive transactions to completion with precision. He holds both a Doctor of Pharmaceutics degree and an MBA (Master of Business Administration) from North Dakota State University. Today, Kyle serves as the Broker/Owner of Paramount Real Estate, where he leads the brokerage and oversees all Property Management operations.
